Toy Chest Treasures covers Australia coast to coast. Upon request we also ship overseas to most countries however the postage rates calculated during the checkout process do not represent accurate international costs. We use the cheapest option available to us which is usually Australia Post International Services.

Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us. The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:

How Fast Are We?

As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and as soon as payment is confirmed we will package and ship the goods to you using one of our delivery services within 1-5 business days. If delivery is going to take longer than 5 business days we will notify you immediately. We check for orders regularly during the day and night and we are notified as soon as your order is placed.

Payments made by Direct Deposit into our bank account may not clear for up to 4 days. Please take this into account when placing an urgent order. We offer Express Post at the customer's expense, but we ask that you advise us if you require your order urgently. We also offer insurance on goods at the customer's expense, please let us know as soon as possible so we may get an insurance quote to you. If you have already placed your order, the cost of insurance will need to be paid before your order is dispatched.

If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and give you an approximate delivery date.

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays may be processed on these days but are generally processed first thing Monday morning.

How Much Does it Cost?

Postage & packing is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order.Please note that this postage costs are for Australia wide only and international customers may incur additional charges. If you are an international customer you can contact us prior to placing your order to receive an estimated shipping cost.

While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.

Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
